  • Upgradation of class rooms into smart classrooms with modern teaching – learning equipment.
  • Scalling up enrolment and innovations to attract potential students and maintain high quality standards.
  • Inclusion of the college under 2(f) and 12 B for funds eligibility.
  • Improving interaction with industry / organizations for hands on training ,internships, academic sharing of expertise knowledge from industry.
  • Academic reforms :- Curricular up gradation , T-L process, effective student evaluation & Academic support to academically weak students.
  • Students management through automation & digitization of records , guidance & counseling , training & placement.
  • 7 Faculty & Staff , management by monitoring performance appraisal, training in soft skills, pedagogy & Domain training
  • 8 To strengthen and improve employability and learning outcomes of graduates, knowledge skills & thinking skills etc. apart from personal skills, life cooling skills.
  • 9 Establishment of NCC Girls Division besides NSS additional units.
  • 10 Implementation of increased learning outcome of students through interactive lectures, case - based learning E - learning etc.
  • 11 Organizing a finishing school concept for improving academic performance of SC/ST/ OBC and academically weaker students through innovative methods. Skill development classes for increasing the pass rate and improve their employability.
  • 12 To raise financial resources required to achieve the goals through intelligent exploitation of intellectual capital especially from research projects.
  • 13 Introduction of more employable U.G. and P.G. programmes.
  • 14 Development of Question Bank in every subject.
  • Establishment of simulation labs , central instrumentation facility to all staff and students.
  • Establishing HRD centre and Imparting training to graduated students on various employable skills that enhance their knowledge for employment, through HRD Centre’s.
  • Introduction of career oriented and skill oriented, Short, Medium and Long term courses on par with industry and local demands.
  • Introduction of more - inter disciplinary and Skill oriented, employable group combinations at UG level programmers during forthcoming 2 academic years.
  • Organizing a training programmers workshops etc. in the area of personality development yoga and meditation , health care etc.
  • Enhancement if linkages / collaboration / MOU with local industries and organist ions.
  • Establishment of Industry . Academic cell , Entrepreneurship cell, and incubation center for innovative and creative activities.
  • Establishment of cultural centre with necessary equipment for folk arts & Modern Music.
  • Strengthening the automated central library & reading room with open rack system and inflibnet with E-Journals facility.
  • Separate coaching for SC,ST , OBC & Minority students.
  • Establishment of Equal opportunity cell to cater the needs of the stakeholders concerned .
  • To focus the institution to NAAC , NBA and other evaluating agencies for good rating of the institution.
  • Introduction of incentives for high achievers in academics, Co curricular and community out reach activities.
  • Enhancing the existing solar energy system as green energy programmers.
  • Establishment of women‘s studies centre by the UGC.
  • Office automation and file tracking system. ( E -Governance )

  • Strengthening the research eco system and consultancy activities in thrust areas by improving networking with industry and institutions.
  • Creation of integrated computing environment with servers, grids, systems etc. For effective governance and practical orientation.
  • Setting up Multimedia learning center with necessary equipment & facilities.
  • Establishment of Research Center in the thrust areas of Biological and Physical sciences.
  • To understand consultancy services in the areas of research and local needs.
  • Construction of separate Hostels for Boys and Extension of Girls Hostel for Girls students.
  • Construction of open air auditorium with necessary amenities.
  • Establishing eco-friendly clean campus environment with energy management.
